What can I do without paying anything?
5 conversions a day with no account, 2 of them to STEP or another solid format. A free account converts 4 solid files a day and starts with 25 credits. No card.
I only have one file to convert. Do I need a subscription?
No. A credit pack is $5 for 60 credits, paid once, and the credits never expire.
Why credits instead of a flat fee?
Opening a part costs almost nothing; re-tessellating it at Ultra detail or repairing it is real work. Credits keep the cheap things free.
Do credits expire?
Pack credits and your signup credits never expire. Plan credits carry over into the next billing period, then expire at the end of it. Credits that expire soonest are spent first.
What happens if I run out mid-project?
Nothing is lost — projects, results and files stay put. Top up with a pack or wait for next month.
Are the files I convert kept?
With an account, yes, until you delete them. One storage allowance covers your files and your projects together — 2 GB on Free, 25 GB on Maker. Deleted files can be restored for 12 hours. Without an account, files are deleted within 24 hours.
Can I cancel?
Any time from your account, effective at the end of the paid period. Refund terms are on the refunds page.
Will these prices go up?
The list price may. Yours will not while your early-access subscription stays active.
